Created models of shell components and Truss members using Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4 and ANSYS

Performed Static Structural Analysis in ANSYS for all structural members to analyze the buckling and post buckling behavior.

Developed test plans, facilitated tests and created test reports for shell components.

Product quality – High precision manufacturing of Diesel Injector Body and Injector Nozzles

Provide Quality Engineering support for manufacturing and related projects.

Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.

Lead teams in identification of risk/hazards and failures associated with manufacturing processes and create process FMEA documentation.
