 Muthalath Contracting Foundation, as a Project Manager for the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of the Waste water Treatment Plant and Effluent Reuse for the City of Ma'an/ Jordan, (Capacity Q= 7000 m3/day).

Feb. 2006 – April 2008:

 Muthalath Contracting Foundation, as a Planning Engineer & Technical Manager for the above mentioned project.

Nov. 2003 - August 2005:

o International Red Cross Organization, Engineering division, Iraq.

 Team Leader of the Centre South WatSan team responsible for six engineers.

 Monitor and evaluate the project activities and tasks regularly; Ensure that water and sanitation objectives were respective; Propose or take corrective steps when necessary.

 The above mentioned includes the rehabilitation, renovation and emergency works for the water supply and sewerage plants and their networks for the Center South Provinces (Babylon, Karbala, Najaf, Al Dewaniyah and Wasit) in Iraq.

 follow up on all projects ( cash flow, reports, time schedule)

 Responsible for all the allocation requests concerning the water and sanitation sub-programme.

 Responsible for all the payments of the water and sanitation (WatSan) projects (signing all voucher's)

 Responsible for the water and sanitation staff management (holidays, personal issues) and communicate all the requests and needs to the different departments of the ICRC.

 Participated directly in mid-term and final sub-program, projects evaluation (technical and financial outputs)

 Review periodically technical evaluations and monitoring/preparing technical consultancies.

 Regular meetings with the authorities in charge (Ministry of Municipality and Public Works (MMPW) or directorates of water or sewage) - prepared a presentation for the MMPW on the ICRC / Water and sanitation works from 2003 till 2005.

 Responsible for all reporting of the Wat-San sub-program, supervises all reports made by the Wat-San team, before being submitted.

Projects and duties (2003-2005)

 Complete study and work supervision including financial and general management for more than 52 quick fix emergency works implemented various Cities in Eastern Iraq.

• Complete study for rehabilitation, work supervision, including financial and general management for the following projects:

a. Boosting Station (3000 m3/hr) – Babylon Province.

b. The new concrete settling tank (200 m3/hr) for Old Water Treatment Plant – Babylon Province.

c. Unified Water Treatment Plant (400 m3/hr) – Babylon Province.

d. Unified Water Treatment Plant (Q=2160 m3/hr) – Babylon Province.

e. The new steel bridge for Hilla river crossing for the 600 mm ductile pipe line (Q=1200 m3/hr) – Babylon Province.

f. Water Compact Unit (Q=50 m3/hr) with 100m3 of volume elevated pressed steel tank – Babylon Province.

Complete study for rehabilitation, work supervision, including financial and general management for the following projects:

1. Water Treatment Plant (100 m3/hr) in Qadisiyah Province

2. Renovation of Old Water Treatment Plant with 4 compact units in Qadisiyah Province with a total capacity of (425 m3/hr)

3. The design of the new concrete settling tank of (200 m3/hr) of Water Treatment Plant in Nineveh Province

4. The design of the new intake structure (3 floors) capacity of Water Treatment Plant in Nineveh Province.

5. The new roughing filter water treatment plant of (120 m3/h) in Anbar Province.

6. The steel intake structure for Unified Water Treatment Plant (3'000 m3/hr) in Nineveh Province

7. The new low lifting station and intake structure for Water Treatment Plant (500 m3/hr) in Najaf Province.

8. The new concrete settling tank of (100 m3/hr) for Old Water Treatment Plant in Qadisiyah Province.

9. The new Roughing Filter Water Treatment Plant (120 m3/hr) in Missan Province.

1999 to February 2001:

• Renovations to the Infectious Diseases Hospital - Baghdad Province.

1998 to 1999:

• Supervision of construction of three stores of (60mX18mX6m, steel structures) for the Iraqi Industrial Design and Construction Company.

Education

Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology, College of Civil Engineering/ Iraq
