The purpose of this project was for a team of 4 students to successfully complete an entire project using the SDLC process. Each group was required to meet with their customer once a week for requirements gathering and analysis. The objective for this project was for the group to find a feasible way of taking student ID cards and converting them to credit cards that can be used on campus while at vending machines and the cafeteria. Each group was to assign a project manager; the other positions could be assigned according to task (i.e. programmer, technical writer, and etc.) Each group would keep a meticulous folder of notes and meetings with the group and it’s customer as well as the MS Project and Rational Rose Enterprise projects up to date.
