• Provided I.T. Administration, help desk, software, network and hardware support for RA Nelson & Associates Fine Builders staffed with over 100 users of both laptop and desktop computers running Windows XP Pro.

• Assisted the I.T. Director with administrative tasks such as setting up new users and workgroups on Active Directory. Activated Blackberry phones with the cellular phone service provider and setup their accounts on the Blackberry enterprise server.
