Coordinated a Life Cycle Analysis for the following components: superstructure systems, slope roof vs. low-slope roof, mechanical systems, interior finishes, interior components casework vs. built-in cabinets, and paving.

University of North Carolina at Asheville - Sam Millar Facility Complex

Providing Contract Administration services for Brown Architecture for a 27,000sf physical plant with a $9 million construction budget, and the is LEED Certified Gold

Coordinating 12 prototype stores with various scopes throughout North Carolina, Florida, and Louisiana.

Responsibilities included: due diligence reports, coordinated architects, MEP engineers, and civil engineers, submit plans to local jurisdictions for approval, provide bid/negotiations or AIA contracts between owner/contractor, and provided contract administration services.

Wachovia/South Trust Conversion

Converted a South Trust prototype branch bank into a Wachovia prototype branch bank in Durham, NC.

Countybank

Full project management services for a 16,000sf facility in Greenwood, SC with a total project cost of $2.85million.

Each project varied from an ADA bathroom addition to a total demolition on the interior and partial exterior structure. Projects required keeping day-to-day functions of the branch bank operation during normal business hours and in stages.
