The high school was a 168,000 square foot school constructed of structural steel with a CMU exterior. The building had a 2-story classroom wing, kitchen and cafeteria, gymnasium, indoor NCAA certified pool, auditorium with professional theatrical stage and sound systems, an illuminated football field and track, and softball fields and soccer field.

The elementary school was a steel structure with glass and brick exterior. The building had framed classrooms, gymnasium and kitchen / cafeteria.
Harvey’s Hotel and Casino – Sundt Construction, Project Engineer, Safety and Scheduling Engineer, – 1993 / 1995
Casino was a 300,000 sq. ft. six-story cast in place concrete structure with several different exterior finishes. The building layout: 2-levels of under ground parking, 2-levels of casino flooring, 2-levels of hotel rooms.
