Job Experience

2007 - 08 Art Institute of Dallas - Worked as a student technician

in the Technologies Department. Handled maintenance of

computers as well as assisting with computer issues

with faculty and staff. Would handle setup of computer

and installation of new computer hardware.

2008 - 09 Target - Worked retail at Target. Assisted with

maintaining store and helping customers. Would also help

with keeping track of inventory stock in back room and

replenishment.

2009 - 10 Gamestop - Helped maintain store appearance and restock

as well as provide customer help. Was supervisor to many

of our GA's.

2010 - 12 Blizzard Entertainment - Worked as a Game Master for

Blizzard Entertainment. This job included in-game support

for player issues and game problems. I worked on

situations ranging from harassment reports to bugs.

The program used was a ticket based system in which

we communicated with players via chat.
