Capital Raising
I have significant experience building four
companies from concept through exit strategy.
All in new markets, where I attracted seed
money, introduced scalable products, made
consistent revenue gains and increased profits
with high returns to investors. Key to my
success has been developing teams that
understand the mission and then managing the
organization to meet and exceed the business
plan.
Focusing on high-tech manufacturing early in my
career, I earned a patent for our engineering
efforts and executed a successful sale of the
$8M operation. Recently, I have been an
innovator for increasing market opportunities
with full P&L in software development and
Internet sectors. With an expansive skill set,
I can contribute immediately by:
* Establishing roadmaps and strategies to
establish and grow market share
* Developing content and presenting business
cases to Boards of Directors
* Building and managing high-performance,
cross-functional technical teams
* Forming partnerships and global alliances to
boost business development
My education includes: Global MBA from
Georgetown University and ESADE (Spain), 2011.
Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Maryland and dual Bachelors of
Science from Carnegie Mellon University in
Chemistry and Industrial Management (1992).
Ross Foundation Director. Benefactor of the Hun
School of Princeton, the Chesapeake Bay
Maritime Museum and the Council of American
Maritime Museums.
