Project Title: Improving TCP performance over wireless network

Description : Improving the TCP performance over wireless network. The performance
degradation of TCP in wireless is mainly due to Packet losses caused by
network congestion from the losses caused by wireless link errors.
Our project is based on Tcp-Jersey over wireless IP communication.
TCP-Jersey is a viable solution to the TCP performance. We are using
NS2 (Network Simulator) in linux to Implement this project.
