To whom it may concern;
I am an experienced Millwright Journeyman with over 14 years of experience in many industry disciplines
from heavy lifting, rigging, welding, stick mig tig, food and drug and various others.
I write to apply for a position within your company in the interests of furthering my career.
For 12 years from 1995-2007 I worked as a Millwright Journeyman completely numerous industry tasks such
as the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, onsite welding and fabrication, hoisting and rigging
of heavy equipment, plant maintenance and many others.
In 2007, following my successful 12 year career as an industrial millwright, I decided to expand my skill set
and branch out into the elds of helicopter pilot and mechanic. For the past four years I have been working
as an AME helicopter apprentice. During this four-year period I have gained valuable knowledge and experience
that only adds to the industrial mechanical experience I previously had obtained.
My previous employers have been eager to challenge me with various tasks, demonstrating their con dence
in me to complete them to satisfaction. I deem myself a hard working person who can e ectively and safely
accomplish challenging jobs as an individual or as a member of a team.
The work experience I have gained in the helicopter industry combined with my professional mechanical
background and safety expertise make me an ideal addition to your company. I take great pride in doing
mechanical work well; e ciently, safely and to a high standard of quality.
I would appreciate the opportunity to introduce myself in person. I will contact your o ce to set up an
appointment at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Richard
