I have my diploma in general nursing and midwifery from St Francis Hospital & School of Nursing, Ajmer,Rajasthan.From there I gained one year experience as a staff nurse in Operation Theatre that is from 1st may2006 to 30thApril 2007.After that I gained 1 year experience from Welcare Hospital, Cochin,Kerala,India,between the period of4th May 2007 to 22th March 2008 and Fortis International Pvt. Ltd. From 22nd April 2008 to 24 April 2009 respectively. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS A

Scrub Nurse

Check the OT for cleaning and Carbolization

Arranging the OT for the desired surgery

Receiving the patient by proper identification with all the reports and records

Scrub for the surgery and arrange sterile instrument trolley for the desired operation

To keep an accurate count of all the instruments, swabs and sharps

Painting and draping the patient

To assist the surgeon while on surgery by giving right instruments at right time

To apply dressing on the surgical wound

Washing and disinfections of the used instruments and sending for sterilization

Circulatory Nurse

Arranging the OT for surgery

Checking of all the equipments in working conditions

Receive the patient by proper identification and perform time out

Be available in the OT

Assist the scrub nurse to keep an accurate counts

To maintain the records
