Achievements
Was a major part in various projects ranging from the EFT of the Catalyst 4500 & 4900 switches, to providing software and hardware resolutions/fixes during the process. Was a main driver in conducting labs for field Sales force and customers to educate them about the Catalyst 4500 & 4900 series switches and their features using different demos that were very well received. Created testing environments for various Enterprise and Service Provider customers with specific requirements, built testbeds to carry out many hours of product testing. Worked with Spirent & IXIA test centers for testing and analyzing various network traffic scenarios. Received an individual achievement award for the month of October & December 2007 for the work that was put into the labs, testing and other projects simultaneously.

Achievements
Devised an inventory procedure for the department for tracking computing equipment. This played a vital role during a fire in one of the university halls. Contributed significantly in smooth running of the University Health Center, supporting existing systems and applications, which also resulted in a raise within first six months at work, as appreciation.
