PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Project Manager / Estimator:

• Manage multi-million dollar construction projects including supervision of project engineers, assistant project managers, superintendents, foremen, operators and laborers.

• Estimate all aspects of projects, up to $100M in team efforts; evaluate project documents for discrepancies and value engineering ideas; determine project objectives, schedules, and procedures.

• Develop cost estimates and proposals and provide support to management in proposal and estimate preparation; budget projects / change orders and ensure scope of work matches contract terms.

• Manage bid process; hire and schedule project subcontractors and control work and progress of subcontractors, on-site foremen, area superintendents and trades.

• Mobilize site, conduct inspections, supervise and support site staff in day-to-day site management; approve expenditures and payroll and administer project budgets.

• Managed Heavy Civil Construction on the 5 Billion dollar Hemlock Semiconductor Chemical Plant Clarksville TN.
