Responsibilities and accomplishments: I contacted bands and negotiated with them in contracts and dates for their performances. I coordinated with the university in preparation for the concert events such as reserving the venue, setting dates and time of the event, and cooperated with the venue in setting up for the concert as well as selling food and drinks. Once I turned 21, I had the full responsibility of checking ids for selling beer with Bon Appetit’s supervision. I had the privilege of networking with bands and I still continue to promote some of them today. Along with coordinating these events, I also was in charge of promoting not only the band, but the event itself. I passed out flyers, posted bulletins, announced the event on the University Radio Station, and advertised off campus as well.

Responsibilities and accomplishments: I used this position to the full advantage of promoting local bands and the concert events I coordinated. I focused the majority of the show on playing music solely from local bands to assist in promoting them. The radio show was broadcast via internet and I worked with another friend who I co-hosted with. This job was fun and really laid back.

We are currently adding sound effects and music to the film and it looks like it is almost completed.

Responsibilities and accomplishments: During preproduction and postproduction, I assisted in organizing the production book for all the jobs we had. I did office work such as faxing, answering phone calls and making phone calls, copying important paperwork, researching, and organizing. On set for a job, I helped build sets, gripped, assist with crafty, assist talent, assist anyone who needed my help in the crew, including the director. This intern/job was the most important to me since it was insightful in an area that I hope to one day work in as a director, the world of music videos.
