• Develops, supports, and improves electronics manufacturing processes, and product assembly processes of high density telecommunications products, in a 30 dpmo, no-clean surface mount environment

• Expert knowledge and application of SMT and T/H electronics assembly, with expertise in leaded and lead-free assembly processes

• Plant layout and facilities engineering, responsible for preparing and maintaining facilities drawings, proposing beneficial change, and designing or improving work cells and assembly lines
