Working with ADP to design, develop and implement integrated monitoring platform for all the databases / applications for HR Benefits module, capable of reporting key statistics required for forensics and forecasting. Created Logical and Physical Databases under ORACLE 11g RAC environment. Designed and scripted 100’s of program units in PL/SQL and Shell.

The Data Warehouse holds 15 TB of data for Ad Hoc Reporting and Business Intelligence was delivered by a SaaS model utilized by over 100,000 external clients generating 25,000 reports daily. Designed and implemented both 4 and 8 node RAC Databases and implemented DR Sites using Data Guard and Golden Gate. Designed and implemented OracleTimesTen Database to reduce navigation time of reporting tool and implemented the platform for cross product reporting among all the integrated products using Oracle.

Designed, developed and implemented utilities when no good solution existed, such as Bulk Load utility using Oracle SQL / PLQL and Shell Scripting capable of running hundreds of smart threads simultaneously, loading up to 700G of data in 7 hours from different databases and schemas at a table level. Developed Data Comparison Utility using Oracle SQL / PLQL and Shell Scripting comparing up to 10,000 schemas row by row and column by column in 5 hours. Implemented first time many to many database Real-time replication Architecture using Oracle Golden Gate, taking out the whole replication server to an independent server. Used views over the DBLINK to post the data, reducing the CPU utilization by 40%. Planned, scripted and deployed Oracle 9i to Oracle 10g upgrades.
