• Designed a new tilt mechanism and base to modernize a 50 year old classic chair while maintaining the classic appearance and feel.

• Create and execute project work plans and time lines for large and small projects.

• Redesigned the die cast aluminum housing to increase the static load strength by 35% and cyclic loading by over 100% without affecting customers components or applications.
