NC Parts Programmer Sept 9 1985 to July 9 2009

I programmed NC code for flame, plasma, hi-def and laser burning machines by using CAD software in order to cut parts from gauge stock up to 16” thick steel plates or remnants. I created programs by taking dimensions from blue prints or other hand written drawings or by using .DXF, .DWG, auto-cad or solid works files that were supplied by the customer. I have proven abilities in a wide range of technical skills, including: blueprint reading, creating blueprints, sheet metal layout, fabrication, punching, drilling and metal properties. I also did design work when customers had special needs. I have used AutoCAD, SigmaNest, SolidWorks, Shape and CorelDRAW8.
