My name is Rick Powell and I have been running a pipe crew for the last 9

years. I have 11 years of underground utilities experience the last 4+

years with Jacksonville 18 Construction. I have set lift stations as deep as

32 feet,deep gravity sewer , water main up to 24 inch, force main up to 20

inch and storm drain up to 72 inch R C P .I have rehab experience in old

neighborhoods and city streets with the City of Jacksonville Fl. I also have

certifications in C P R training,confined space,competent person and first

aid. There's nothing to do with site work I can't do. I have worked on

projects for the City of Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Electric Authority

and private projects in excess of 10 million dollars.I have been operating

excavators, dozers, and loaders for the last 9 years digging ponds ,loading

dump trucks as well as digging for utilities and finish grade work. My
