Duties Include:

 Performs tissue (porcine) processing activities such as de-bristling, assessment, epidermis removal of Life Cell Tissue Matrix (LTM). This process also involves cutting (sizing), and packaging.

 Performs solutions change on tissue (porcine), store tissue in blast chiller, -80 degree freezer and in an incubator.

 Trained in clean room operations: gowning and working in Class 100,000-100 clean room environments.

 Performs the primary and secondary packaging of tissue in the clean room.

 Enters date into Oracle base files and records information on batch records.

 Follow experimental protocols. Monitor internal inventory levels. Clean and maintain lab equipments.

 Working with biohazardous materials, aseptic technique, and sanitation of clean room facilities.

 Operate on autoclave by loading and unloading, biohazard laminar flow hoods, bar code scanning equipment, aspiration systems, weighting scales, computer to enter data and generate reports.
