• Responsible for obtaining donations from the community and sponsors for both in-kind and monetary donations

• Promote Blazer-A-Thon to campus and community throughout Valdosta and market areas working with all areas of the media in Valdosta and on Valdosta State University Campus

• Raise awareness in our Community about Children’s Miracle Network, Dance Marathon, and the local children treated at Shand’s Hospital( or the current Children’s Miracle Network affiliated hospital for the Valdosta area)

Leadership

• Provide advice, support, and encouragement to mentees as member of Xchange Leadership team

• Attended sessions and leadership training while discovering the context of purpose, vision, and constant improvement with Sigma Alpha Pi ( The National Society of Leadership and Success)

• Volunteered, did community service, and mentored kids at Hudson Dockett (Housing Authority) through SIFE( Students in Free Enterprise)
