• Currently working on “A web repository for Marker genes and their protein sequences of mitochondrial and neurodegenerative disorders” using MySql 5.5.16, php 5.3.8 and HTML

(Final year project). (Duration July 2011 to May 2012;’Team Strength 2)

• Designed graphical user interface for “JENNER-PREDICT” using HTML and CSS (Duration-July 2011 to December 2011; Team Strength 3).

• Developed a tool for income statement analysis for the people working in government accommodations using MySql 5.1.50, php 5.3.3 and HTML (Duration – March 2011; Team Strength 1).

• Developed a database “NAP chemical database” for storing the ADME properties of the chemical compounds using MySql 5.1.50, php 5.3.3 and HTML (Duration – Mar 2011 to May 2011; Team Strength 2).

• Developed an HTML based quiz master on “common wealth games 2011” using JavaScript and HTML (Duration – Dec 2011; Team Strength 2).

• Designed a homology based protein structure for the enzyme Aldoxime Dehydratase from pseudomonas sp. B23 strain using Bioinformatics techniques (Duration – July 2011 to May 2012; Team Strength 1).

• Performed docking studies for protein product of RV2814 gene responsible for HIV using Schrodinger package for linux(docking score achieved= -17.89) . (Duration March 2011 to May 2011;Team Strength 2)

Extra-curricular Activities

• Organizing committee member for the workshop on”Computational Paradigm of Clinical Informatics” held at JUIT, Solan from 1st-3rd Feb 2011.
