Quality Assurance
• Responsibile for refinery daily sugar stock reconciliation and reports;
• Ensuring sugar account to obtain optimum sugar recovery yield;
• Assisting the Chief Chemist in data collection for daily and technical reports;
• Responsible for compilation and updating shipment-wise, weekly, monthly and yearly reports;
• Control and coordinate all laboratory activities to achieve assigned product quality targets;
• Responsible for coordinating and supervising Laboratory Samplers, Analysts and Chemists in a range of tasks;
• Supervising routine laboratory analyses and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) sanitation, hygiene and documentations of reports;
• Any other duty assigned by the Chief Chemist.

• Conduct all routine and miscellaneous analyses and information collation for raw sugar, refined sugar, process liquor and utilities using available laboratory equipment and instrumentation;
• Carrying out laboratory analyses efficiently, effectively and accurately;

• Work safely and effectively ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedure and practical practice;
• Accurately and on time, log analyses and other revelent data on the laboratory worksheet for use
by process and other personnel;

• Inform the shift chemist of variation from specification or normal operational parameters which
might affect technical performances;
