SVP InView Delivery Assurance/SVP CIO Payroll

Led the Delivery Assurance group for the new integrated product, InView. The group was responsible for software configuration, the agile product development methodology, quality assurance and database architecture and support, setting systems strategies and policies.

Defined strategy for quality assurance program and led the implementation of the program in support of the product development process and delivery model, developing clear metrics to measure progress.

Defined Software Factory delivery model and created processes to support agile development. New process provided clear accountability for development, implementation and support of InView.

Defined logical and physical InView product development environments, software configuration process and procedures supporting InView product development process.

Led effort implementing a project governance and delivery model, establishing solid connections between the business and product development while creating process in support of continuous planning.

For our classic in-market products, led a re-engineering effort of the incident management process for product development, leveraging our quality group, realizing fewer defects and ensuring proper prioritization of the product backlog and closing the loop of communication to the customer.
