Project Description:

As a DBA, for this project I provided support to all User Databases and also to self-hosted clients. Maintained hosted databases to achieve contracted service level agreement requirements for uptime. Support for self-hosted clients included functioning as a database consultant, reviewing the customers practices and offering advice. When requested I would remotely connect to the customer and perform maintenance activities.
