As a Production Manager

Process validation

Managing complete production operations with a view to ensure with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets to meets the distribution requirements from rolling forecast and availability of machine and materials.

Effective resource planning for optimizing man and machine utilization, reducing wastes to enhancing productivity and profitability.

Reducing cycle time and control of recovery and there accumulation.

Designing and implementing system, process (BMR & Protocol) and procedure (SOPs) to facilitate smooth functioning of over all production operations and enhance operational efficiency.

Focusing on optimization of process parameters and initiating process improvements for achieving bottom line objectives and productivity target.

Conducting progress review meeting to analyze deviation between actual and planned production and taking necessary corrective action if required.

Proficient in managing production activities, streamlining processes/procedures to facilitate smooth production process & enhances productivity.

Adept at managing the operation and maintenance of a wide range of pharmaceutical machinery and equipments.

As an Assist Manager

To take the instruction from the Director and implement them immediately.

To prepare SOP, BMB, BPR etc.

To prepare the report for daily/weekly/monthly work.

To supervise the juniors and day to day trouble shooting during the working.

To assist the Production Manager during inspection.

Inspection Faced

Successfully faced sixteen inspection of State Drug Controller Haryana.

Approvals

Approved by FDA for tablet, capsules, ointment, dry syrup & liquid oral manufacturing.

Approved by FDA as Analytical Chemist in Chemical, Instrumental & Microbiological section.

Qualification

B.Sc., Zoology, Botany & Chemistry From Rohilkhand University Bareilly.

Experience

26 years working experience in this trade at various post in pharma industries.

At present working with M/s. APCO Pharma Ltd. D-8, Industrial Area, Haridwar working as Production Manager.
