Vice President – Global Technical Integration/ Senior Change Manager

Responsible for mentoring and providing leadership to a team of 35 project management/ technology professionals responsible for developing new product configurations on multiple systems. Optimized the output of marketing initiatives, resolved issues, and supported IT infrastructure and data security requirements.
Lowered Operating Expenses in the first half of 2009 by over $1MM by: Purged inactive accounts from systems $540,000. Deleted duplicated reports; instructed business owners to retrieve data from In-house systems $275,000, Deleted stale memos from on-line accounts $190,000.
Initiated programming error reduction initiative; spearheaded education classes with Vendor Subject Matter Experts, which reduced errors by 13%.

First Vice President – Technical Operations, Project Management (2000 – 2006)
Managed team of technical professionals responsible for system implementations/integrations supporting four departments in Production Operations (Credit Card Services, Payment Services, Statement Services and Exception Processing) and over 1,000 production representatives in a global environment. The systems were responsible for credit card issuance, payment processing, and statement processing in a 7x24 environment. Ensured compliance with all regulations governing financial processing systems, performed upgrades as needed and managed system scalability expansions. Acted as a change agent while systems were converted to accept incoming Bank of America volumes.
Provided technical leadership during all equipment purchases. Ensure proposed equipment meets or exceeds departmental standards, is compatible with current telecommunications/ network infrastructure, and systems are scalable for future expansion.
Provided technical project management, which created and issued RFP documents to selected vendors for multiple system platforms in multiple geographical regions. Performed total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses and selected new equipment vendors.
