RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent on all technical matters pertaining to specific projects.
- Execute specific projects as directed by Project Manager in accordance with the specified quality and within the specified schedule.
- Co-ordinate with Clients/Sub-Contractors on all technical matters pertaining to specific projects.
- Manage allocated technical manpower and resources to meet the needs of specific projects.
- Execute all activities in a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly manner and to be compliant with HSE Management System.
TASKS
- Prepare weekly project highlight reports. Review and update weekly progress reports Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress reports.
- Maintain project files.
- Co-ordinate with Clients/Sub-Contractors on all technical matters pertaining to specific projects.
- Identify and prepare scope changes.
- Approve all outgoing technical correspondences
- Participate in project reviews, project meetings and quality audits
- Prepare minutes of meetings. Approve all outgoing technical correspondences
AUTHORITIES
- Approve technical documents prepared by the project team on basis of criteria of quality, presentation and consultancy.
- Instruct Discipline Engineers on matters pertaining to technical co-ordination, scope of work, planning and schedule.
- Decide on matters of interface amongst various disciplines that affect schedules and budgets.
- Set priorities for the execution of technical work Challenge and review the work performed by engineering disciplines for the project

Work Description
The project is to develop Block 1, Caspian Sea located between 30-100km offshore of Turkmenistan and in 30-100m water depth. PCTSB has engaged MMHE/Technip JV to perform Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning (EPCIC) in two (2) phases for Block 1 field development. Gas Full Field Development Phase 1A Gas (MDP-A & MCR-A) to achieve gas sales of 250 MMscfd by end March 2010. Gas Full Field Development Phase 1B Gas (OWEZ) to achieve 500 MMscfd by end September 2010. MCR-A is a collector riser type platform. The jacket is a 4-legged fixed GBS foundation structure with section skirt arrangement. The MDP-A is a drilling platform connected by a bridge to MCR-A.
Job Responsibilities

- As a Project Coordinator (KL Base) for Engineering & Procurement deliverables to site (Turkmenistan).
- Follow-up on Engineering & Procurement status are accordance to project planning, schedule and client specification.
b) Magtymguly Collector Riser (MCR-A) – Fabrication works (12000 MT)
- As a Project Coordinator for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning for the MCR-A deliverables. (Based in Kiyanly, Turkmenistan)
- Follow-up on Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning for the MCR-A status are accordance to project planning, schedule and client specification.
- Full time involved as a Project Coordinator for the construction & fabrication works for the MCR-A inclusive of Structural, Mechanical, E&I, HVAC, Architecture & Load-Out activities based at MMHE Pasir Gudang, Johor and Kiyanly, Turkmenistan.
