Injection Set-Up Supervisor
(Jan 2003 to May 2009)
Oversee Mould Set-Up Section, ensuring that it provides the best support to production - specialized in High Precision Ventilator Plastic parts for Honda cars; -specialized in High Precision Component Plastic Parts for NEC,MAPLE,LEAR
Responsible for improving the mould set-up performance, in terms of methods, tools and equipment so as to reduce downtime.
Provide training to mould set-up and Injection technicians.
Coordinate with Injection Coordinator, Process Supervisor, QC Supervisor and Tooling Supervisor on Mould change schedule, service and repair.
Verify and approve Molding Condition Record/ Set-Up Checklist.
Keep an up to date file of all Molding Condition Record.

Ensure that all subordinates are following the correct Work Instruction Guideline and Standard according to Procedure.
Maintain Injection machine and coordinate with machine maintenance for any machine problem.
Report to the superior if there is a major quality, mould or machine problem.

Conduct Mould cleaning

Perform self inspection of parts as per Visual Inspection Guides.
Perform basic trouble shooting when defect are found and report to Leader/ Foreman if necessary.
Transport material or molded parts to designated area with proper documents.
