My past work experience and qualifications include several different process involved with metal fabrication, plastic injection molding, manufacturing, assembly, and cold headed fasteners. My experience is extensive in automotive, and has also worked with the construction, electronics, and agricultural Industries. I am experienced in QS-9000, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9004, TS-16949, SPC, corrective actions, 8D reports, EC's, ECR's, & TCR's. Have worked extensively with ASTM specifications & ANSI standards. Have knowledge of blue print interpretation and design/drafting practices and skills. One of my strong points are problem solving, cost avoidance, and customer relations having to do with resolving quality issues internal & on site with customers, suppliers during actual production runs to minimize downtime, premium freight, and product shortages. Am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio, Power Point, Project, and some Minitab.
