• Performed the initial set-up of their aviation life support equipment shop. The setup included: technical writing of operations, training procedures, and equipment inspections and overall guidelines.

Staff Analyst III: 4/2005 to 12/2007.
The Boeing Company (Philadelphia, PA), V-22 (Osprey) Weapon System Integration and New Business Development.
• Performed technical writer duties to compliment my regular duties in order to present findings to varied audiences. For example, the presentation of data to Engineering, IT, and/or Senior Manger addresses different concerns.
• Assistant Cost Control Manager for three accounts on the V-22 Program. Provided status/progress reports, performed business and root cause analysis to resolve discrepancies in cost as compare to plan. Located over $400,000 of in duplicate changes.
• Assisted in the definition, requirements gathering, and implementation of plans to better track performance, cost, schedule, and manufacturing effort for the V-22 Program. Researched, performed technical write-ups and subsequent presentations to Program Management (PM) using the tools of configuration management (MIL-STD-973), cost/performance tradeoffs, and quality initiatives, which will save millions over the V-22 total life-cycle cost.
• Performed requirements gathering for budget authority approval for 12-15 projects annually. Track and analyzed performance to plan. Managed the technical update, review, and edit of the V-22 Product Information Guide.
• Performed technical writing, system engineering requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical support from cross-function department needed to develop the Integrated Master Plan, work-flow dictionary, and cross-departmental guidance for Integrated Master Schedule and Cost Estimate guidance for the V-22 Block C Effort.

• Determines preventive and corrective maintenance task requirements, develops logistics design of support systems, defines the support resources necessary to satisfy those varied requirements, and performs technical writing duties required so that findings can meaningfully communicated to internal and external customers.
• Identifies, defines, and writes solutions for technical problems in the operations and support system for military and commercial customers, including retrofit, maintenance, spares, quality assurance, and technical data. Developed and streamlined the UK AH-64D illustration guide and checklist (cost reduction and quality improvement initiative).
