Senior Program Manager

Program management of multiple engineering projects developing x-ray imaging systems for critical infrastructure security applications worldwide.

• Direct an inter-disciplinary team of 10 engineers during the development, integration and test of hardware and software for a modular backscatter imaging system. Responsible for all technical, budgetary and schedule performance on a $1.8M program.

• Build and lead a cross-functional technical team during the implementation of safety related software and hardware upgrades to make products compliant with European safety standards. Responsible for all aspects of a $1.3M program.

• Mitigated more than $150K of program risks by instituting an active risk management program that allowed technical performance to be met without cost or schedule variance.

New Business Development Project Engineer - (1 year)
