Client: Lifetouch National School Studios

Key Accomplishments:

I had two functions for LNSS, one was my Quality Assurance testing role which encompassed documentation, execution of automated and manual test cases on internal applications and Oracle databases for LNSS. The second was Business Analysis for the shipping application for LNSS which was a $450,000 project that was part of the company wide update of all their imaging and order fulfillment systems. Developed test scripts through documenting interviews of stakeholders and developers on the project. Wrote several test plans and test scripts to accompany execution of all documented tests. Updated, tracked and reported defects in daily meetings with Project Managers.

Incorporated Quality Center within the project. Develop project, administered the site and project, performed upload of manual and automated test scripts. Wrote all automated scripts for the first tests of the system at Lifetouch and executed. Generated all reports for executed scripts.

Managed support team of 14 people for client’s daily Retail Batch process.

Investigated Batch issues using remote tools: Citrix Desktop, PUTTY, AppWorx and Oracle SQL Developer and reported issues to client DBA and engineering lead.
