Supervise, plans organize & control the performance of SiPS assembly IN ORDER to meet Volume, Yield, TPT, CLIP, and LRR targets & implements cost Improvement programs.

Prepares and submit weekly / monthly and other adhoc reports as required IN ORDER To keep top management informed.

Analyze what to prioritize and monitor line situation in ORDER to meet target delivery on time.

Supervise training & qualification of newly hired operators IN ORDER TO meet efficiency on time.

Exercises line stop authority for any abnormalities (equipment and material not fit for use or not conforming to operational standards) occurring in the line that would, if felt unattended affect product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Impose counseling & gives disciplinary actions for Non Conformance Report (NCR) found (Material review Board/Safety/Line Audit/MBWA), and encourage them to exceed their performance in all aspects (attendance, efficiency and others).

TPT report submits within specified time.

Prepare daily delivery performance during operational meeting.

Prepare daily, weekly & monthly assessment based on STTP/STP, confirmed plan or urgency.

Prepare Hi & Lo / Monthly Performance Report with corresponding action plan.

Prepare daily assessment per product line, and monitor the machine performance (OPU/Output per Stations).

Align manpower based on the requirement.

Check the priority based on the requirement needed in production line.

Prepare training plan for the operator for career enhancement.

Send them in any Quality improvement e.g. MEDIC, Zero Defect Program/Manufacturing Excellence.

Find immediate solution for encountered abnormalities during operations.

Conduct immediate meeting and discuss the issue with corresponding action line items.

Performed the 5S/housekeeping in a simple way.

Keep an eye on hazards that will cause in health

Be observer/implement in the safety and housekeeping rules by the company.
