Job description and responsibilities

 Directly responsible to the Project Manager and Hook Up manager on Construction stage in all other quality and technical essential aspect to support the construction activities both offshore and onshore not limited of fabrication activities at vendor t Worksite

 Prepare project quality budget and any cost matters affected by quality deficiencies or improvements.

 Perform shop and site inspections of manufacturing / construction processes and field checks of field welding processes, inspection processes (including NDT and painting) and electrical / instrumentation checks / testing and provide detailed corrective and preventative actions.

 Review and Check Specifications, Procedures, Code & ITP ( Inspection & Test Plan ) for Piping Fabrication, Structural, Mechanical equipment manufacturing and Erection

 Develop necessary quality procedure , welding procedure and inspection procedure as require by project stage activities

 Conduct internal and external audit and directly participate in the contractor evaluation and provide recommendations during the selection process, after contract awarded and during fabrication process.

 Conduct vendor assessment and inspection to make sure both vendor and equipment which fabricated meet company requirement

 Review and approve all Contractors Quality Plans and related documentation on behalf of The Company.

 Monitoring Fabrication of Modules including Pressure Vessels (Separator, Glycol Contactor, Filter) and also Compressor and Structural Part at fabricator

 Coordinate supervision and monitoring for all Contractor works both Offshore and Onshore to guarantee QA/QC for the services / works performed.

 Performed welding procedure qualification test and welder qualification test

 Monitoring material or Material Take Off (MTO) for installation both structural and piping.

 Check actual, Review Drawings & Data Sheet (Piping & Instrument Drawing “P&ID”, Piping Plant, Isometric Drawing and Pipe Support Drawing)

 Supervise and perform inspection, monitoring, verification, review NDT report include interpreting film result, witness test according technical specification, applicable standard / code and procedure / work instruction meet client requirements.

 Conduct Line Check to ensure that all accessories and pipe Installed as per Isometric Drawing and issued punch list once found outstanding item.

 Prepare and make sure The ITR prior commissioning are provide properly

 Witnessed Hydrostatic Test as per Pressure Test on Test Package Block includes Flushing of piping after and before pressure test.

 Witnessed Re-instatement to make sure correctness bolts, nuts and gaskets installed and its tightened and Closing Punch list once have been completed.

 Directly involve in safety matter to make sure the personnel who are allocated to their specific areas work in accordance with the safe working / HSE procedure
