As a Quality Manager I have prepared Quality Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Job Descriptions and other required documentation for ISO and QS-9000 certification.

As a Plant Manager with a staff of design and process engineers under my supervision, we worked on tooling and fixture designs as well as process engineering, including complete bills of materials and process outlines with detailed instructions for manufacturing. I have worked on establishing, implementing and maintaining scheduling, purchasing, inventory control and order tracking systems.

I have computer experience with computer software programs such as Windows, Word Perfect, Lotus 123, AmiPro, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and several other types of software.

Supplier Quality Manager: Reported to the Director of Quality, directed all supplier quality activities, including managing a staff of 15 to 20 Supplier Quality Engineers, and a Receiving Inspection Department with one Supervisor and 10 to 12 Inspectors.

Supplier Quality Engineer: Perform Supplier Quality System evaluation audits to ISO guidelines, prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) plans, perform Pre-FAI and FAI activities, prepare Supplier Quality Plans, review and resolve issues with supplier quality submittals. Maintained Supplier Rating Program, perform Process Audits at suppliers for various manufacturing processes, follow-up and close supplier non-conformance's. Maintain records and databases as needed, work with customers to investigate, follow-up and close issues related to supplied products.
