 Presently working with M/s. ESSAR ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED (A div. of ESSAR GROUP), HAZIRA, SURAT as a Project Engineer since October 2005.

 Having experience of Erection & Commissioning of HBI Plant with capacity of 210 TPH.

PRESENT JOB RESPONSIBILITY

 Preparation and checking P & I diagram and process flow diagram in AUTO CAD & Smart plant P&ID (Rolta software).

 Preparation of mass balance using HYSYS.

 Preparation of interlock (logic/control) diagram using AUTO CAD.

 Preparation HAZOP study for plant

 Preparation standard operating procedure of plant.

 Checking vendor’s drawing as per P & I diagram.

 Calculation of pipe line sizing.

 Preparation of equipment list, equipment specification, pipe line list, and instrument list.

 Preparation of pre-commissioning activity & co-ordination with other department.

 Checking GA drawing, piping drawing and equipment drawing as per P & I diagram in field.

 Commissioning and starting rotary & stationary equipments.

 Hydro test and pressure test of stationary equipments

 Flushing, blasting and leak checking of pipe & duct.

 Control valve position and stroke checking from DCS.

 Preparation of equipment and pipe commissioning check list.

 Preparation commissioning procedure of plant.

 Preparation of equipment trial protocol, pipe flushing protocol, equipment trial protocol, hydro test protocol and pressure test protocol.

 Preparation of plant handover document.
