Description of Duties: All aspects of Estimating/Project Management in Central Illinois for both private & government contracts. Mangieri Companies, Inc. is a well established, fee-based, professional Construction Management Service that furnishes estimates, total construction budgets, project supervision and project management for commercial, educational, medical, industrial and governmental facilities. For most of my assigned projects, I acted in the capacity of Estimator, Project Manager and General Superintendent.

Description of Duties: Complete Estimating, Project Management and field supervision, general company & site specific Safety Plans, monthly billings, RFIs, Change Order estimating & negotiation and establishing & monitoring job budgets. All projects were government issued as a General Contractor and included local, State & Federal agencies in a 9 State radius surrounding Illinois. Clients included the City of Peoria & surrounding municipalities, various local School & Park Districts, IDOT, Illinois CDB, U.S. Postal Service, Illinois Air National Guard, the FAA, the USACOE and the U.S. General Services Administration.
