Program/Project Management
• Tactical and Strategic Outlook – working in the near term while maintaining a focus towards future needs and developments as well as changes in technology.

• Monitor – cost to budget details with a focus on project and program level schedules and impacts on budgets.
• Identify, track and obtain sources of funding for projects outside of normal resources.
