It was a good experience because I dealt with people from diverse cultures and social backgrounds.
Additional teaching experience includes the ‘Regional institute of Studies’ and ‘Graffins College’ where I was head of the English Department.
Makini Academy, 2004
At Makini academy I worked alongside one of the best teachers in Kenya which greatly aided me in getting a better understanding of the English language. I learned how to apply it practically in my day to day teaching.
Brae side Academy, 2003
As a part of my university work experience, I worked as a trainee teacher in Brae side Academy which is a renowned private school in Kenya. I taught English and Physical education. It was a great learning experience which helped me improve on my teaching ability.
