Analyze, review and staff all documents related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) program at Fort Jackson.

Evaluate the probable impacts of proposed actions on environmental media such as air, water, noise pollution, generation of toxic or hazardous waste, archeological and historic sites and endangered and threatened species at Fort Jackson.

Provide environmental coordination with the Fort Jackson Environmental Division and outside agencies like the United States (U.S.) Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
