Project Title: ILLUSTRATIONS FORD OF AUSTRALIA.
Synopsis: Presently working on drafting and preparation of e-catalog and assembly drawings for ford cars and medium trucks according to the input from Product Data Management, Technical Document and Bill of Materials. Drafting & creating illustrations using Vismockup and Corel draw and Corel designer as per the drawings/installations from the Technical Documents. In E-catalog, we create Technical Illustrations (In exploded view/ 3D view) using Corel Designer the detailed parts list. The details of the part list are obtained from the Team center (PDM/PLM), World Engineering Release System or Engineering Change Request (WERS/ ECN), Bill of Materials (BOM). We also maintain the same globally. Each illustration is produced as Line Drawings and Computer Graphics (3D Model).
Project Title: ILLUSTRATIONS FORD OF NORTH AMERICA
Synopsis: Worked on creation of e-catalogs and assembly drawings for Ford of North America cars and medium trucks with the help of input from Product Data Management, Technical Documents and Bill of Materials. Analyzing the basic working concepts and the working principle, the e-catalogues are prepared & the exploded view of the assembled product is shown to the end user with the help of Adobe illustrator and Visualization Mockup along with detailed parts list on the page.
Project Title: IDIS (UNITED STATES, CANADA, RUSSIA, BRAZIL, SOUTH KOREA, CHINA)
Synopsis: IDIS stands for International Dismantling Information System. We create graphics for recycled parts for particular regions with the help of input from Team center, Technical Documents and Bill of Materials. Analyzing the basic working concepts and the working principle, the graphics are prepared for the recyclable parts in exploded view for the end user with the help of adobe illustrator and Visualization Mockup and the parts are processed in macromedia flash and uploaded to IDISonline which is a global application for the end user.

Synopsis: Worked on drafting and preparation of e-catalog for Volvo Mack Trucks where the Mack Standards are converted to Volvo Standards according to the input from Product Data Management, Technical Document Management and Bills of Materials. Drafting & creating illustrations using Product View and CorelDraw as per the drawings/installations from the Technical Document Management (TDM). In E-Catalog, we create Technical Illustrations (In exploded view/3D view) using Corel Draw showing on the LHS of the page & provide the detailed parts list on the RHS of the page. The details of the part list which we show on the RHS of the page are obtained from the PDM (KOLA), Design Change Notes (DCN), Bills of Materials (BOM) and Spare Part Engineering (SPE) Department. We also maintain the same globally. Each illustration is produced as Line Drawings and Computer Graphics (3D Model). For creating illustrations we get the date from Technical Document Management (TDM- where in the detail dimensioned drawings of a part is shown) and the same is maintained globally.
