s On contract to the Department Of Defense, specifically the Department of the United States Army, Corporate Information Office (CIO)/ G6: performing detailed data and system analysis of the TACOM LCMC related systems and applications directly supported by the CIO/G6 and the hardware and software infrastructure for which the CIO is responsible. The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive Command Life Cycle Management Command, TACOM LCMC organization is responsible for all phases of support for the equipment required by Warfighters across the globe.
Key Accomplishments:
In conjunction with the CIO Enterprise Architect, developed approach, system meta-model, functional organizational and system As-Is inventory for the myriad of systems, applications and databases supported by TACOM CIO/G6. Utilizing the DoDAF 1.5 and 2.0 methodology within the Army-standard ProVision modeling tool, developing models of the systems, their related components and Oracle and SQL Server databases, as well as related proprietary technologies utilized and sustained by CIO/G6. Developed a TACOM-specific Enterprise Architecture framework to develop models appropriate to system/applications utilizing components of the CIO infrastructure. The application details are documented within a central repository with DoDAF-standard models to support the cost, capacity, ITIL-based change management workflow and general informational needs of the CIO/G-6 leadership.

Facilitated and led the re-design, enhancement, and re-deployment of an enlarged Access to SQL Server application providing required and pertinent marketing data for national FSI distribution within the packaged goods industry.
Managed the re-design, developed code and implementation of an Access to SQL Server application in VB6 designed to assist Regional Sales staff by maintaining contact information for 9,000+ contacts and 100+ users while supporting work flow and lead information. Oversaw and facilitated the design and development of a web browser-based ASP.Net, SQL Server, and VB6 Preprint product and Run of Press (ROP) quote system enabling interactive, real-time quote configuration, market selection and ROP costs, and batch Preprint media targeting and costing capability via geographic and demographic qualifiers.
