Responsible for ensuring that the construction, installation, and testing of the hull structure and outfitting equipment on-board the vessel meets the approved drawings and specifications.

Giving guidance as per the rules IACS in construction related problems.
Dimensional inspections as per drawing.
Drawings design for production easiness.
Dry survey, testing of compartment, inclining experiment, etc.
Outfitting & accommodation fabrication as per drawings.
Quality control inspections at pre-fabrication, assembly and erection stage in out-fit items, hull structure,
piping and machinery installation and testing.
Conversant with manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
Testing of systems as per IACS, Owner requirements and Class regulations. (i.e. hydro test, air-pressure testing etc.)
Familiar with rules and regulation of various third parties. (i.e. ABS, LR, GL, NKK, BV).
