Provide training, guidance and counsel in performance management and employee relations to 200 stores, 20 district managers and 2 regional vice presidents across the central and western United States.

• Support District Managers and Regional Vice Presidents in the development and management of store teams to maximize performance

• Coach and train managers to evaluate individual performance based on behaviors and results to ensure consistency and clarity in direction and maintain objectivity
