Project Description
Staples Promotional Products (SPP) and Customer Order Management (COM) Integration project is one of the project tracks of the YOMS BR3 initiative. The purpose of this project is to get the SPP orders for Staples Business Delivery (SBD) customers from SPP OMS system (aiLinc) to Staples OMS system (COM). Managing only SBD, SPP Orders is a risk mitigation strategy adopted by Staples.com business team to manage a subset of SBD orders with a subset of functionality before they can use COM system for Staples.com order volume. This new system will also provide an automated invoicing functionality on COM upon completion of shipment.

Project Description
The Customized Library Services (CLS) unit of Baker & Taylor provides cataloging and processing services to libraries all over the world. In order to improve the efficiencies of the operations area of CLS and reduce the cost, a new approach to cataloging material needs to be developed. That is the purpose of the Online Routing System (ORS). The Online Routing System will replace the paper system for providing order information to the copy cataloger. Instead of working directly with the material (Book, DVD or CD), the Online Routing System will provide title information for the copy cataloger to perform their work. The web-based system will allow copy catalogers to perform their work from anywhere and not be restricted by the location of the material.

Wright Express (WEX) is one of the premiere companies working on the Fleet card application in USA. WEX has helped invent the fleet card market and pioneered the industry starting in 1983. Today, WEX is a leading provider of payment processing and information management services to the commercial and government vehicle fleet industry in the U.S. and Canada.
Project Description
WEX fleets using the services with detailed transaction data, analysis tools and purchase control capabilities. The applications are linked to a variety of environments that caters to the security and robustness of the applications. The front-end applications are tied to a CRM package developed in Siebel 7.5. There are various online applications developed in J2EE for WEX clients and partners e.g. Exxon Mobil, Tesoro Oil Corporation, Sinclair & Pacific Pride. A Fleet-pilot user provisioning application is the admin interface to the online applications. Oracle is used as the backend and LDAP is used for the user authentication. Massive size of the data involves DW and SQL tuning as well.
