Reports directly to the Project Superintendent/Project Manager and is responsible for reviewing, processing and distributing contract drawings, review any potential cost changes base on new SI or Delta’s and submit a cost proposal or VE, issue field work directive, review conservatively/process submittals in Structural/MEP/Fire Sprinkler-Alarm system that complies in contract drawings & specs and LEED compliance, coordinate and proposed a best solutions for any potential field issues in conflict with the contract drawings to engineers of record, generate RFI’s, documents/maintain daily log field activities/accomplishment/updates and issues that need to discuss during the owners/AOR’s meeting on weekly basis, make sure all walls and slab penetrations comply with fire stop requirements, actual inspection/quality control and make sure all reinforcing/PT cables/embeds & inserts/elevations/design mix/ structural steel and miscellaneous metals complies in contract drawings & specs and shop drawings notation for field use should be stamped for construction, inspection and monitoring special construction for tower head crane foundation/caisson in high rise structures, daily inspection of fire rated cmu walls, masonry and grouting, coordinate third party inspector for inspection prior concrete pouring, provide heads-up information and fashion manner responses to subcontractor technical inquiries during sub-meetings and daily basis, review and update procurement logs & follow-up deliveries on fashion manner, review every materials delivery as reflected on shop drawing/contract requirement/specifications, prepare lay-down/storing area of materials & proper handling per manufacturer recommendation, coordinate other field personnel in charge in relation to existing site works/structures and discuss precautionary approach for potential in safety & scheduling problems, review and field verify subcontractors monthly billings as reflected on actual accomplishment and make adjustment if excessive, start-up, propose and solicit best conceptual or as built details & sketches from trade concern for structural fixes mostly in resolving issues in non compliance reports and notice of violations, monitor properly of handling of field concrete samples to curing and breaking, record concrete pour cards & test results for structural verifications, life and safety pre testing in fire alarm/audio, high & low water pressure testing, building enclosures such as: curtain walls/ exterior facades/below grade moisture barrier and typical floor moisture barrier, punch list items, closed out documentations, prepare as-built requirements, TCO and conduct daily safety audit. As QC specialist structural- Report directly to QC project manager during the entire course of the construction for all structural activities and documentations includes; daily inspection with the corps of engineer representative, submit concrete design mix base on contract specification, prepare pre-pouring checklist for approval before concrete pouring, conservatively monitor all reinforcing rebar placements, critical spacing, concrete cover & forms elevation, review mill certificates every delivery of rebar, closely inspect all bulk rebar loadings & staging place properly above ground, check form elevations & stability/stripping, check all admixtures and curing compound per manufacturers recommendation, monitor properly of 3rd party handling concrete samples to curing & breaking per ACI code standards, daily inspection of exterior/interior rated cmu installation/vertical rebar placement, grouting and prism testing, review all concrete/masonry test results complies standard code, make sure shop drawing used in field approved and have stamped for construction, inspect bolting & torque with consultant structural engineer, concrete traffic pouring and ordering, pictorials every courses of work for documentation & reporting and coordinate MEP trades that all areas installed before pouring.
