This application is used to keep track of new hires joining Morgan Stanley. This application helps managers to assign the learning plans to new hires, track the learning plan of new hires. It allows new hires to update the learning plan assigned to them. The system also generates several reports which are used by Senior Managers of firm for tracking the learning needs of hires and to verify the learning status of new hires.

Responsibilities:
