Responsible for: Portfolio includes Integration of the existing logic and design of new logic according to the site requirement, Replacement of the existing H-3000 Controllers with New R600CH controller and take the controller into the working line, Modify the cubicle wiring according to the new controller logic, Establish the FDDI network with all sets of controllers with fully working condition , Demonstration of New generation I/O card with old generation card, and replacement with old card, Online tuning of CLCS loops according to the site requirement, EWS tool installation,creating and editing of PIO(process input output) and IL(logic and interlock) sheets for HIACS 5000M which includes assigning of CRT & PID tags for faceplates, Aligning and beautification of logic sheets, Logic compiling , Error debugging, Loading to controller, monitoring, simulation and tuning of macros, System configuration setting which means the rack and slot wise card arrangement for each controllers, Link file creation and receive block creation, Lanbox setting configuration, Drawings in Human machine Interface, Assign PID values for the figures design in drawings, conducting IFAT and Customer FAT, Communication with customer for various issues and clarification, Did commissioning activities for TNEB R&M MTPS#3 and TTPS#5 projects. Project Details
Title : Automatic Voltage and Frequency regulation using PLC
The easiest way of controlling voltage and frequency is, by means of a PLC. PLC based on the program loaded in it given the output. PLC do the voltage stabilization, sensing, error detection etc.. from the feedback of generator, with the program loaded in the PLC, the inlet valve is controlled thus the frequency can be kept a constant. Here we uses PLC version known as micrologic PLC. For that R S Logix 500 software is used.
