• Arrow S3, Inc., Director Supply Chain 2008-Present
o Responsible for purchasing, travel, transportation, distribution, inventory management, subcontractor operations, and 350 fleet vehicles, for a national unified communications solutions provider specializing in voice, data and converged technologies. Identified excess inventories and implemented a plan to rationalize distribution centers from twenty-one inventory centers to one reducing expenses over two million dollars and reducing inventory by sixty percent.
• McKenna Memorial Hospital, Director Materials Management 2003 – 2008
o Responsible for directing purchasing, inventory management, safety, security, and facilities engineering functions for a regional health care facility consisting of an acute care hospital, rehab facility, children’s museum, events center and multiple community clinics. Identified a supply cost reduction opportunity with a supply management system implementation that improved cost capture and reduced supply expense $250K dollars the first year. Initiated capitated pricing for orthopedic implants and reduced supply cost $500K in one year. Additionally, improved facilities maintenance by selecting and implementing a CMMS for PM's and work orders and training staff to work with hand-held computers in a wireless environment to manage time, work orders, and assets.

o Responsible for developing labor productivity clients through engineered studies of existing distribution operations and implementing solutions that reduced labor costs for a software company that provided solutions that synchronized people and products to reach the right place at the right time at the lowest cost. Identified $5M of labor implementation opportunities, and closed over $1.2M of new software implementations.
